How to make BEEF VINDALOO Recipe


  • 1 kg beef beef
  • 300 gr onion
  • 200 gr tomato puree
  • 150 gr yogurt
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 50 g ginger
  • 20 g hot pepper
  • 150 ml oil oil

  • 50 g red pepper flakes
  • 20 g coriander seeds
  • 20 g cumin
  • 20 g cloves
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 30 g coconut
  • 25 g oil oil

For crushing, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Put the mixture in a pan and sauté for 10 minutes. Add some water and cook until the peppers are tender. When it is warm, filter the mixture and mash it.

Put the oil in a pan and heat it. Add the onion and sauté until it turns pink. Add the meat and cook for 10 minutes. Add ginger, hot pepper and garlic and saute for 5 minutes. Add tomato puree, yogurt and salt, respectively. Cook for another 20 minutes, until the meats release the broth. Serve hot by decorating with fresh coriander.
