- 1 red beet
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 bunch of arugula

Clean the beetroot boil in plenty of water. Chop into rings and blend with olive oil, cumin, salt, arugula and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the cut-out duck livers on both sides. Serve duck liver cold with arugula leaves, cumin or poppy bun.
