How to make CHICKEN TIKKA TALE Recipe


  • 500 gr boneless chicken meat
  • 10 gr red pepper powder
  • 5 gr garam masala
  • 5 gr powder green cardamom
  • 5 gr powder cumin
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 200 gr strained yogurt
  • 1 gr orange color food dye
  • Salt

For Masala sauce

  • 250 gr onion
  • 100 gr tomato
  • 50 g tomato puree
  • 50 g strained yogurt
  • 5 g ground red pepper
  • 50 g ground coriander
  • 5 g cumin seeds
  • 20 g ginger
  • 20 g garlic paste
  • 100 ml oil 1
  • Salt

Put the chicken in a pan and marinate with salt, ground red pepper, powder cardamom and lemon juice. Take it from the stove and cool it and leave it in the refrigerator for 6 hours.

Put the strained yogurt, food coloring and garam masala in a bowl and mix. Add the marinated chicken and rub with this mixture. Place the chickens in the oven set at 250 degrees for 10 minutes or on skewers and cook them thoroughly on the grill. Take it to the serving plate.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the cumin and onions and fry until they turn pink. Add ginger and garlic and saute for another 5 minutes. Add on chicken and serve.
