Ali Nazik Ingredients
Ingredients for Eggplant

  • 4 eggplants – roasted

  • 1 pointed pepper
  • ½ bunch of parsley – thin minced

Ingredients for Topping

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Ground red pepper

Ingredients for Base
