How to make ALINAZIC KEBAB Recipe

  • 3 green green peppers
  • 1 cayenne pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 500 g cubed lamb meat
  • Half a glass of water
  • coarsely ground walnut
  • Salt
  • Red paprika
  • For eggplant with yogurt
  • 4 medium eggplants
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 500 g yogurt

For the above

  • Coarsely ground walnut
  • Finely chop green green peppers, cayenne pepper and onion. Melt the butter and fry the lamb stew to be slightly juicy. When the colors of the meat begin to turn, add the coarsely ground walnuts, onions and peppers. Season with salt and red pepper and take it out of the stove.
  • Finely chop the eggplants that you grind and peel. Add the crushed garlic to the yogurt and whisk lightly. Add the eggplants to the mixture with yogurt and mix. Put the eggplant with yogurt on the serving plate and place the lamb meat on it. Serve hot by decorating with coarsely ground walnuts.
