How to make ANIMAL WRAPPING WITH LEMON SAUCE Recipe
- 1 kg of anchovy 1 lemon 1 bunch of parsley Salt enough number of lemon leaves to wrap: For 2 lemon juice 3 cloves of garlic Half a glass of hot water 1 bunch of parsley Half a glass of olive oil Salt Pepper
Clean the anchovies. Take your bones, wash anchovies and strain them. Slice the lemon thinly. Wash the parsley and separate the stems.
Cut the anchovies in half and spread them on a flat plate. Add salt to each of them and a slice of lemon and a few leaves of parsley. Twist the two ends overlapping. Wrap the fish with lemon leaves, fix them with toothpicks and place them on the tray.
Mix half a glass of hot water, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and crushed garlic in a bowl. Chop the parsley coarsely and add it to the sauce.
Pour the fish into the tray you are lining by pouring the sauce. Place the tray in a preheated 150 degree oven and bake. Serve hot.
