How to make Ankara pan Recipe
- 4 lamb shank
- 5 cups water – to boil the meat
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion – chopped for dinner
- Black Pepper
Boil the lamb shanks in a pressure cooker for 45 minutes – 1 hour until the meat leaves the bone.
Add butter and olive oil to a saucepan and heat it.
Add onion chopped onion, finely chopped pepper and add grated tomato when vegetables are tender.
Roast the noodle in a separate pan until it turns pink and add the tomato mortar.
Add rice ½ cup of water from the meat you are cooking. Add 1 cup of regular water and add barley noodles, salt and pepper, close the lid of the pan and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
After removing from the fire, place the lamb shanks on it and rest and serve a little.
