- 1 egg
- 125 gr. butter
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 2.5 cups flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 3 apples
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup hazelnuts – coarsely beaten
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Powdered coconut
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 2 cups of water
- 4 – 5 drops of lemon juice
For Sherbet; Boil water and granulated sugar in a sauce pot. When it boils, squeeze the lemon juice and boil it again, remove it from the stove and let it cool.
Add softened butter, eggs, yogurt and granulated sugar to a mixing bowl and knead.
Mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla in a bowl.
Sift the flour mixture into the mixture you knead and knead it into a dough.
Peel, grate and add apples to a pan.
Add the cinnamon on it and cook until the apple juice is absorbed.
