How to make APPLE LETAFET KEBAB Recipe

  • 2 onions
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 g cubed lamb meat
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 potato
  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the onions you chopped for cooking and sauté until it turns pink. Put the cubed lamb meat in a bowl, sprinkle with flour and blend. Add to the onions and sauté until it turns color. Put the apples and potatoes that you chop into the ring on the meat. Cover the ovenware with greaseproof paper. Bake in preheated 175 degree oven for 1 hour. Take it out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves and serve hot.
