How to make Artichoke with Shallots and Olive Oil Recipe
- ½ cup olive oil
- 20 shallots onion
- 1 carrot – chopped large cubes
- 4 artichokes – extracted
- 1 lemon zest > ½ vineyard dill
Add olive oil to the rice pot. When the oil warms up, add the onions and carrots and sauté slightly. Add salt, granulated sugar, lemon zest and white pepper, mix. Add water and lemon juice.
Wet and wring greaseproof paper. Squeeze the oily paper that you squeezed over the pot so that it touches the artichokes. Close the lid and cook it on a hot fire until the water boils until the artichokes are cooked on low heat.
Dish and olive oil over your cooked artichokes and serve.
