How to make Bafra Pita Recipe
4.5 cups flour
1 + ¾ cup warm water
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 heaped meal spoon of yogurt
1 topping table spoon of butter
Ingredients for Minced Mortar
500 gr. low-fat ground beef

For minced meat;
Take the pan to the stove and add the butter and melt it.

When your dough is fermented, put it on the counter again and knead your dough by sprinkling flour on your counter.
Divide your dough into 8 equal cups.
Cover a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
Flour your countertop, roll each cloth long and thin, using a roller or rolling pin.
Clean the excess flour with a clean brush.
Put 4 – 5 tablespoons of the minced mortar in it.
Then, combine the long edges in the middle and close them by hand.
If you have a stove, turn the baking tray upside down and arrange the pide.
< Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes until the pita is golden in color.
Spread a lot of butter on each pita and serve.
