500 ml. milk
½ cup of rice

1 liter of milk
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of rice flour
1 tablespoon of wheat starch
For cinnamon –
Wash the rice, strain.
Put it in the pot and add 500 ml of milk.
Boil over low heat until the rice softens.
Mix the milk, starch, rice flour and powdered sugar remaining in a mixing bowl.
Add this mixture to the rice boiled in the milk.
