How to make biryani Recipe

  • 100 g basmati rice 50 g butter
  • 50 ml sunflower oil
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 3 cups broth
  • 30 g almonds
  • 50 g raisins
  • 25 g stuffed peanuts
  • 250 g boned lamb ribs
  • 2 cherries tomato
  • 2 chives
  • A few strands of saffron
  • Half onion
  • Salt

Medium Transfer butter and olive oil to a large saucepan and add the onions you chopped. Roast until it turns pink. Chop some of the lamb meat and add it, sauté well.

Wash the rice. Add to the meat with saffron and mix. Leave to infuse to draw water. Take the food you prepared in a bowl and turn the serving plate over with a lid.

Sauté the almonds, raisins and peanuts in a small amount of sunflower oil and roll them over the top. Garnish with chives. Garnish with cherry tomatoes that you have fried in sunflower oil, and serve. >
