  • 125 g butter
  • 160 g powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 170 gr flour
  • 10 gr baking powder
  • 125 ml milk

How to make blackberry cupcake

Beat butter and powdered sugar. Mix the eggs with water. Then, whisk the sugar and butter and add it slowly to the mixture. Add flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt to this mixture. Finally, add milk and pour it into cupcake molds. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 – 17 minutes. For the sauce, add blackberry jam to the cream and cook until it boils. Add chopped white chocolate chips. Stir until it melts. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, blend it with a mixer and squeeze it on the cakes you baked before with a cream bag. Decorate with blackberries and serve.
