- 200 g tenderloin 2 tablespoons sunflower oil Half a glass of myrrh (Japanese wine) 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 slices cucumber 2 slices tomato 2 rings cut green pepper 1 leaf white cabbage
Heat the sunflower oil in the pan. Add the tenderloin and cook on both sides. Add mirin and soy sauce and cook over low heat until the meat is tender and the sauce thickens.
