How to make Bottom top pastry Recipe

  • 5 cups flour
  • 1.5 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon carbonate
  • 3 tablespoons oil oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 tablespoon of vinegar
  • Half a glass of yogurt
  • Half a glass of water
  • 2 onions
  • 350 gr minced meat
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 150 grams of margarine

How to make bottom top pastry

Separate 1 cup of flour. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and baking soda to the remaining flour and sift it into the dough kneading bowl. Sprinkle with oil. Open the middle like a pool and add eggs, vinegar and yogurt. Knead little by adding water gradually until you get a soft dough for 7-8 minutes. Divide the dough into two parts, one large and the other smaller. Make eight pieces of cloth from each piece. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Melt the margarine and grease the 30 cm diameter baking tray with 1 spoon. Open each of the large meringues in dough sheets with a diameter of 25 cm and spread the oil between them. Prepare the remaining cloths in the same way by opening them with a diameter of 20 cm. Rest for another 10 minutes in the refrigerator.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Put it in the pan with the minced meat and fry on low heat for 15 minutes. Add black pepper and remaining salt and mix, let cool.

Open the group you prepared from large dough sheets by opening it 3 cm wider than the diameter of the tray. Spread it on the tray to cover the edges. Place the ground beef on it. Open the other group that you prepared from small doughs with a diameter of 30 cm and place it on the mince. Put egg yolk on it and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes and serve by slicing.
