How to make BRASS BROWN SOUP Recipe
- 300 gr broccoli 1 coffee cup rice 1 tablespoon margarine 1 tablespoon corn starch 6 cups water Salt
- black pepper
Clean and chop the broccoli. Wash and drain the rice.
Melt the margarine in the pot. Add the corn starch and fry until it turns pink. Add 6 glasses of water gradually, stirring constantly. When it starts to boil, add the rice and cook until soft. Add broccoli, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring once in a while. Serve hot.
