Bread Ravioli Materials
Ingredients for Bread

Ingredients for Inner Mortar
- 2 loose eggplant – roasted
- 1 dry onion
- 350 gr minced meat
- 1 clove of garlic

- Olive oil
Ingredients for Tomato Sauce
4-5 tomatoes- peeled small cubes diced
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
Mix sugar, yeast and water in a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the dough and start kneading well. Since it is a little soft dough, you can add flour little by little to avoid sticking to the counter.
When the dough has a smooth consistency, lubricate a deep bowl with olive oil, put the dough in it and cover it with stretch film and ferment for 1 hour.
For the inner mortar; heat the olive oil in a frying pan, then roast the onion chopped onions, add the minced meat and continue roasting. Season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped roasted eggplant and garlic and cook on low heat.
When the dough is fermented, knead again, divide the dough in half and after lightly greasing your countertop, roll out the dough with the help of a roller about half an inch thick.
