How to make Bread with meat Recipe
- 400 gr. ground beef mince
- 1 large onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 pointed pepper
- Black pepper
- 1 handful of parsley
- 500 gr. flour
- 15 gr. wet yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 cup flour
For the dough;
Dissolve the yeast in water, combine with flour and salt and knead.
When your dough becomes smooth, divide it into 8 equal pieces and ferment for 1 hour at room temperature. Knead your fermented dough one by one again. Put the dough on your loom, and put a towel moistened on it and ferment for a second time for another 10 minutes.
Finely chop the onion. Chop the tomato into small cubes. Finely chop the parsley.
Add minced meat, onion, tomato, parsley, green pepper, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix it into a mortar.
Cut the minced meat into 8 pieces.
Preheat your baking tray.
Put one of your fermented dough on the floured counter and spread it in a thin long form and spread it on the dough with a minced mortar. .
Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.
