How to make BRİCK AU THON (TON FISH RICE) Recipe
- 6 malsuka (special pastry dough) 6 eggs 150 g canned tuna 1 bunch of parsley 1 lemon Salt
- black pepper Abundant olive oil for frying
Parsley clean and chop. Take a plate and mix by adding tuna and black pepper.
Open each malsuka (yufka) on flat ground, break an egg in the middle and add a spoon from the toned mixture and fold it in half. Stick the edges and fry on both sides in hot oil. Serve hot with sliced lemon.
