Bulgur Meatball Ingredients

  • 400 gr. lean ground beef
  • ½ cup thin bulgur
  • 1 medium onion – grater
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
Ingredients for cooking
  • Olive oil
Ingredients for sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of chopped tomatoes
  • suyu juice of lemon
  • ½ cup of water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

Grate the onions on the thin side of the grater, put it in a large mixing bowl. Add minced meat, fine bulgur, egg and spices and knead well.

Roll the meatballs in the size of your marble and set them aside.

Put a medium sized pan on the stove and add olive oil and heat it.

Rotate the meatballs in the heated pan and cook.
