- 6 celery
- 1 carrot

Soak the celery in lemon water so that it does not darken. Clean the carrots and chop them small. Put the celery and carrots in the pot. Add hot water and boil for 10 minutes.
Add the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, cumin to the chicken mince and knead. Prepare round flat patties. Cut the boiled celery into two and play them inside. Peel the potato and chop it into cubes. Mix potatoes, peas and carrots in a bowl and share them in celery.
Place the meatballs on the celery. Peel the shallots. Wash the tomatoes and slice them into rings. Clean the cayenne peppers and cut them into thin strips. Place tomatoes and cayenne pepper on top of the meatballs and attach them with a toothpick. Put the celery in a flat pot. Place the shallots around the celery. Add half a cup of hot water and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Garnish with mint leaves and serve hot.
