Ingredients for the dough
4 – 5 cups flour
1 packet baking powder
½ cup yogurt
½ cup milk
½ cup olive oil
½ cup water
125 g butter
Ingredients for Inner Mortar
2 cups of white cheese
2 cups of cheddar cheese
4 – 5 sprigs of spring onion
½ vineyard dill
½ vinegar parsley
1 bunch of basil
For the dough;
Take the flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl and take , mix lightly.
In a mixing bowl, beat the yogurt, milk, olive oil and water.

Note: Start the recipe with 4 cups of flour, if you need it, you can increase it to 5 cups of flour.
