500 gr. frozen cherry
2 – 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 wipe tablespoon of wheat starch
½ cup of water
Ingredients for Crumble
150 g. butter – small cubes diced, cold
150 gr. flour – 1.5 cups
50 gr. granulated sugar – 3 tablespoons
Ingredients to Serve
Crumble the flour, granulated sugar and butter by hand, large pieces may remain, do not try to get too hot.
Then put it in the refrigerator and let it cool.
For sour cherry;
Put your cherries in a saucepan and add granulated sugar on it.
Put it in the stove and gently click it.
Take the starch in a mixing bowl, add the water in it and mix. .
Add the starch mixture in it by mixing.
Then turn on the bottom of the stove again and cook for another 5 minutes by stirring. If you want a more sweet taste, you can take up to 1 glass of sugar.
Take the prepared cherry into your glass ovenware and sprinkle the crumble on it.
In a preheated oven at 180 degrees 25 – 30 Bake in minutes.
