  • 2.5 cups frozen cherry
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

How to make cherry sauce Put in sauce pot. Cook by stirring occasionally until the sugar melts. Put the cornstarch in a small bowl. Add a tablespoon of water, mix and add to the cherry. Add the vanilla essence and boil it until the sauce becomes thick. Serve next to your Panna Cotta.
