  • 8 pieces of boneless hip meat
  • Salt

  • 1 tea glass unshelled almonds

For the sauce

  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • Half a glass of cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered parmesan cheese
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons Curry

  • Put the chicken hips in a flat bowl. Mix salt and red pepper in a bowl and sprinkle over chicken thighs. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the crushed garlic and peeled almonds and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add the chicken meat and cook until the colors turn.
  • For the sauce, take the chicken broth, cream, powdered parmesan cheese, lemon juice and curry into a saucepan. Cook until it boils and remove from the stove. Put the chicken meat with almonds you bake into a baking dish. Add the creamy sauce on it. Bake in a preheated 175 degree oven for 25-30 minutes and remove from the oven. Garnish with chives and serve hot.
