Chickpea Yayla Soup Ingredients
½ cup rice
5 cups water
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup strained yogurt
1 cup chickpeas – boiled

2 tablespoons of butter
1 pinch of mint
1 pinch of paprika
Wash your rice and add it to your soup pot.
Add the water on top and cover and leave on medium heat to boil.
For the sauce, add the yoghurt and flour in a bowl, adding little by little water from the soup. Add the sauce you have boiled into the soup pot by mixing it.
Take the boiled chickpeas into it, add the salt and click for a few minutes, remove it from the stove.
Add the mint and chili peppers to the butter you melted for. /> Note: If your soup has a thick consistency, you can add 1-2 cups of water on it.
