- 500 g lamb cutlet2 cup barley noodle1 cup wire noodle1 onion2 cyan pepper1 tablespoon tomato paste1 tablespoon pepper paste4 cup hot water40 g margarine Salt

Chop the meat in cubes. Peel and chop the onion. Clean and chop the chilli peppers. Melt half of the margarine in the pan and fry the onion, meat and chili. Crush tomato and pepper paste with 2 tablespoons of water and add to the pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and remove the water from the stove.
Melt the margarine left in a separate pot and fry the noodles. Add the fleshy ingredients and mix. Add the water and cook over medium heat until the meat is tender.
Mix the dish once with a wooden spoon and share it on the serving plates. Garnish with dill and serve hot.
