Ingredients

  • 500 g culture mushroom
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 cups of water
  • 200 ml cream
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Dillion

Chop the mushrooms in which you wash and strain the water in large form, sauté in butter for 3-4 minutes. Add the crushed garlic and flour and fry until flour turns color. Add water by stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Sweeten and boil with salt and pepper. Add the cream and cook for another 7-8 minutes on low heat and remove from the stove. Serve hot with a finely chopped dill.
