How to make Creamy Vegetable Soup Recipe
1 onion – chopped for dinner
2 sprigs of celery stalk
3 cardamom – crushed
1 handful of spinach leaves
½ vineyard dill
5 cups chicken broth
100 – 200 ml. cream
Chop the onion.
Chop the carrot, pumpkin, celery stalk and potato to a small cube.
Put your soup pot on the stove and heat it.
Add the olive oil and onion in it.
Then add the stalk of potatoes, carrots, zucchini and celery, and then roast with a 1 minute interval.
Season with salt, white pepper and cardamom and continue roasting.
Add spinach and dill in it.
Then add the broth and leave it to boil.
After the water boils, pass the soup through the blender.
Add the cream and boil for another transport.
Garnish with a finely chopped dill and warm. serve.
