How to make Curd Dessert Recipe
- 300 gr. cheddar curd
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup yogurt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pack of vanilla
- 1 orange peel – grater
- 1.5 cups of flour
- Walnut kernel
- 2 cups of water
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 3 – 4 drops of lemon juice
Boil water and powdered sugar in a saucepan.
When it boils, squeeze the lemon juice, bring it to another boil, remove it from the stove and let it cool.
Take the cheddar curd in a mixing bowl and crumble.
Add all ingredients except flour and mix well.
Gradually add flour and make a soft and non-stick dough. Break off walnut-sized pieces from the dough.
Roll it into the glass ovenware that you roll and lubricate in the palm of your hand.
Place them in walnuts and press lightly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes until well browned.
5 minutes after removing from the oven, pour the cold syrup on them and serve cold.
