How to make Curd Roll Recipe
- 1 bunch of chard
- 1 cup of fine bulgur
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1 – 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 medium onions – grater
- ½ cup milk
- Half a lemon juice
- 1 cup curd cheese
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- ½ cup olive oil
- 4 sprigs of parsley
- Black Pepper
- Dry mint
Cut the stalks of the chard leaves and the hard veins in the middle.
Leaves in boiling water 1 – Wait 2 minutes and remove.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion slightly. Chop the parsley.
Place the bulgur in a mixing bowl and add enough hot water to pass it over.
Soak until you completely absorb the water.
Add onion, tomato paste, mint, parsley, salt and pepper and mix well.
Add curd cheese to the warm mixture and blend.
Cut the chard leaves into pieces as much as a palm.
Share the stuffed stuff you have prepared and wrap it in a roll.
Spread the leaves on the bottom of the pot.
Place the wraps you have prepared.
Cover it with a porcelain plate and pour the milk.
Cook for 10 minutes and leave to warm.
Serve cold or warm.
