How to make DAL MAKHANI Recipe

  • 500 g green lentils
  • 100 g kidney beans
  • 100 g butter
  • 75 ml cream
  • 125 g tomatoes porridge
  • 25 gr ginger
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 10 gr garam masala
  • 20 gr red powder pepper
  • Salt

Clean and chop the garlic. Soak green lentils and kidney beans in water for eight hours. Change the water and boil the lentils. When it is cooked, take it out of the stove and pass it through the water. Add ginger and chopped garlic and boil again. Cook the lentils over low heat.

Saute the chopped garlic in a pan. Add red pepper powder and tomato puree. Saute for a few more minutes and remove from the stove. Add the mixture and butter to the lentil and cook for another 15 minutes. Finally, add the cream and garam masala. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve.
