Delicatessen Sandwich Ingredients
Ingredients for Bread Dough
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of dry yeast
- 2 cups of warm water
- 2 fingers of missing olive oil from 1 cup of cups
- 6 cups of flour
Ingredients for Olive Bread
- ½ bread dough
- 4-5 green olives – finely chopped
- 3- 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
Ingredients for Sandwich
- Olive paste
- Smoked tongue
- Smoked meat
- Italian salami
- Cheddar cheese
- Fresh cheddar
Preparing Bread Dough
Mix warm water, sugar and yeast in a bowl and set aside. Put the flour in a separate container, make a hole in the middle, pour the yeast mixture and olive oil and mix it with a fork, and add salt from the edges. When the dough starts to unite, sprinkle some flour on the counter and put it on the dough and knead it until it gets a smooth consistency. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
Preparing a Sandwich with Olive Bread
Add half a minced olive and thyme to the dough and knead it, pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a bowl and add the olive dough. Put in it, cover it with a stretch and ferment for 1 hour.
When the dough is fermented, knead again, lubricate your cooking pan and place the dough on it, put 1- 2 tablespoons of olive oil, spread and spread the pits by pressing them with your fingers. Stretch them again and ferment for another 10-15 minutes.
