How to make DOĞAB to Recipe
- 1 cup of boiled wheat
- 750 g of boned meat (arm or rib)
- 10 cups of water

- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Red pulbiber

- 250 gr minced meat

Some recipes takes a lot of time and effort. This is one of them.
Soak the wheat overnight. Wash and drain the next day. Fill the water halfway through a medium saucepan. Add wheat and boned meat and cook on low heat.
For meatballs; Soak the rice in hot water for 20 minutes. Filter and run through the robot. Add minced meat, salt and spices and knead. Cut pieces of hazelnut-sized pieces from the meatball mortar and roll them with wet hands. Put the strained yogurt in a bowl. Add eggs and flour and whisk. Add some water and get a thick mixture of boza. Add the yoghurt mixture to the meat and wheat. When it starts to boil, add the meatballs and cook. Remove the pot from the stove.
Heat 2 spoons of butter in the pan. Add salt and spices and mix. Put the sauce you prepared over the food and serve.
