Easy Homemade Dough Roaster Recipe
Dough Roasting Ingredients
2-3 tablespoons of oil.
1 kg. boneless beef cubed
1.5 tablespoons flour
850 ml. hot broth
1 tablespoon butter
4 sprigs of fresh thyme
8-10 shallots onion
2 cloves of garlic
250 gr. chestnut mushroom
8-10 slices of bacon
75 gr. fresh cheddar

1 egg yolk
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large saucepan.
Season the cubed meat with salt and pepper. Put them in the pan and fry until brown on all sides. When the meat is browned, sprinkle the flour on top and let the meat be soaked in flour.
Then add the broth and 2 sprigs. Close the mouth when the water boils and cook for about 1.5 hours until the meat is soft. Check it occasionally and add a little water if it has drawn too much water.
While the meat is cooking, put the butter in another pan and melt over medium heat. Add chopped shallots, mushrooms, chopped garlic and leaves of the remaining thyme to the same pan and cook until the water left by the mushrooms evaporates. Set aside.
When the meat is cooked, add all the mushroom mixture in this pan to the wide-bottomed pan with meats and mix. Spread the bacon on the counter. Cut fresh cheddars at finger lengths, share them with bacon and wrap the bacon like stuffed wraps on the cheeses.
Put the wrapped bacon in a heat-resistant container in an interval. Fill it with a mushroom mixture.
On a floured counter, carefully combine your puff pastry by the edges to make a large piece. Make a single dough according to the size of your container. Do not thin the puff pastry too much, the less it will be swollen.
Cover the top of the container with this dough and stick the edges with your hands. Spread the beaten egg yolk on it. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until the dough is browned.
