  • 750 gr minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Cumin
  • Black Pepper
  • Half of stale bread
  • 2 tablespoons of oil oil

For pancakes

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 soup tablespoon of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 coffee cup liquid oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

For mushroom sauce

  • 200 gr culture mushroom
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 25 g margarine
  • Half a glass of cream
  • Salt
  • Pulbiber

  • 12 sprigs of onion stems

This type of recipes needs some attention.

For dumplings, peel and grate the onions. Wet and crumble the bread. Add minced meat, onion, bread, salt, egg, pepper, cumin and thyme and knead. Prepare 12 equal sized meatballs.

Beat the pancake ingredients with a blender. Heat the medium-sized teflon pan and grease with margarine as much as hazelnuts. From the pancake dough, pour it into a pan until a thin layer forms and cook on both sides. Prepare 12 pancakes this way.

For the sauce with mushrooms, peel and mince the onions and garlic, melt the margarine in the pan and pinken the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms and add. Add salt, pepper and cream. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Serve the pancakes with mushroom sauce.
