- 6 eggplants
- 500 gr minced meat
- 6 cups flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups liquid oil
- 1 egg yolk

Wash and dry the eggplants. Make holes with a toothpick from several parts and roast them on the grill. Peel the crust until it is puree and mash.
Cook the minced meat with 1 coffee cup of water. Mix with the roasted and crushed eggplant. Season with salt and pepper. Divide it into two equal pieces and spread the first piece on the greased baking sheet. Share the eggplant with minced meat and spread the remaining dough in the same way. Cut into slices of the size you want. Apply egg yolk on it. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve.
