Ingredients

  • Half a glass of fine bulgur
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 kg spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove crushed garlic

For tomato sauce

  • 2 teaspoons of essential oil
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1 albanian pepper
  • 1 cup corn canned
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

This type of recipes needs some attention.

Soak the bulgur in cold water for 30 minutes and drain it. Clean the spinach leaves and boil them in boiling water. Strain the water and chop it into large pieces.

Put the bulgur and spinach in a large bowl, add minced meat, onion, garlic and spices and knead. Prepare round dumplings. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs. Remove it on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

For tomato sauce; Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Cut the red pepper cut in half, clean the seeds and mince. Put oil and onion in a pan and fry. Add tomatoes, corn, sugar and vinegar and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Download it from the stove, add the pepper and mix. Serve the meatballs with tomato sauce.
