How to make Ezogelin Rice Recipe
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup wire noodle
- 1 cup ricȩ
- 1.5 cups of bulgur with rice
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 capia pepper
- 3.5 cups of water
- Dried mint
- Chili peppers
- Black Pepper
Heat butter and olive oil in a saucepan.
Add the vermicelli and fry until the colors turn.
Add rice and bulgur and sauté for 3 – 4 minutes.
Add the finely chopped peppers, grated tomatoes and bay leaf and mix. Add the water and sweeten with salt, pepper, paprika and dried mint.
Cook over high heat until boiling.
After boiling, cut the gold and continue cooking until it completely absorbs.
Take it out of the stove and let it brew.
After the rice is brewed, remove the bay leaf and place it on the serving plate.
