  • warm water or milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon sesame
  • 1 teaspoon of black cumin

How to make a fat bagel

Sift the flour into a deep bowl and open the middle in the form of a pit. Add the yeast and mash it with warm milk or water. Add eggs, salt and margarine and knead. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave to rest. Extract walnut-sized pieces from the dough, which is fermented for 30 minutes. Make a pencil-thin cylinder and join the two ends. Arrange them on a baking sheet and sprinkle sesame seeds and black cumin. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until golden brown. Serve warm.
