How to make Fatayer Recipe
For the dough
- 2.5 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon of instant yeast
- Half a glass of warm milk
- Half a glass of warm water
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- Half a glass of sunflower oil
For the inner mortar
500 gr spinach 1 onion 1 red pepper juice of 1 lemon 2 tablespoons sumac < li> 2 tablespoons milk Salt Black Pepper
Mix flour and yeast in a large bowl. Add and mix other ingredients and knead for 10 minutes. Separate the dough into mops and place it in a tray and cover it and leave it to ferment.

Open the meringues with the size of a platter with a rolling pin, place them in a spinach mortar in the middle and close them in a triangle shape. Place them on a tray with greaseproof paper and rub them with milk. Bake until golden brown in the oven set at 180 degrees. Serve after warming.
