How to make Fattoush Recipe

  • 2 pita bread
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of black cumin seeds
  • Sea salt
  • 200 gr cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 red radishes
  • 1 cup of mint leaves
  • Half a glass of parsley
  • Half a lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Sumac

Set the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the pita bread in half width and apply olive oil on both sides with a brush. Sprinkle sesame seeds and black seed on them and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Let cool and cut into large pieces.

Wash the cucumbers and slice them thinly with a vegetable peeler without peeling them. Put the tomato, thinly sliced ​​radish, mint, parsley and pita breads together on the serving plate.

Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in the bowl and roll it over the salad. Sprinkle sumac and serve without waiting.
