  • 500 gr minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 5 ~ 6 sprigs of dill Salt

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 eggplant
  • 15 gr margarine
  • 1 tea glass pea
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tomato
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon boiled corn

  • sunflower oil

How to Make Patisserie Patties

  • Peel and grate the onion. Squeeze and drain. Wet the bread with water and squeeze.
  • Add minced meat, egg, crumbled bread, chopped dill, salt and seasoning in a deep bowl and knead. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes.
  • Peel the eggplant variegated and chop it into cubes. Soak in salted water for 15 minutes to avoid tarnishing and bitterness.
  • Strain the potatoes and eggplants thoroughly. Fry in hot oil, remove excess oil on a paper towel and drain. Fry the meatballs in the pan with little oil.
  • Peel the carrot and tomato peel and cut into cubes. Melt the margarine in the pan and fry the tomatoes and carrots. Add the tomato paste and fry for another 12 minutes. Add peas and hot water. Cook until the peas are tender. Cook for another 1 minute. Get it from the stove. Take to the serving plates. Serve hot.
