Garlic Cheese Bread Ingredients
Ingredients for the dough
- 1.5 cups of warm water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
- 500 gr. flour
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Ingredients for Inner Mortar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ vine parsley
- 7-8 leaves of fresh basil
- 2 cups of mozzarella cheese –
- 1 tablespoon butter
Put warm water in a bowl, add sugar and dry yeast and mix and 5- Let sit for 6 minutes.
