How to make Geleli Kebab Recipe
4 pieces of eggplant – roasted
750 gr. lamb meat – coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
2 onions – coarsely chopped
2 pieces of green pepper
3 cloves of garlic
1 pinch of powdered coriander
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons of butter
Grind and clean the eggplants.
Then chop them into large cubes and spread them on the bottom of the dish.
Take it to your stove and heat it.
Add the coarsely chopped meat to your heated pot and seal it.
Add light water and close the lid and cook for a few minutes.
Add sunflower oil and mix for a few turns. < br /> Chop the onions and peppers into large cubes and add them to your sealed meat.
Add the tomatoes you want.
Finely chop the garlic and add it to your pot.
Add salt, pepper and coriander and turn it over.
Add tomato paste and water, mix lightly and close the lid of the pot.
Cook for 15 – 20 minutes.
Once your meat is cooked, spread it over the eggplants and bake in a preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes.
Melt butter in a small pan.
Over the kebab you take out of the oven. sprinkle with dried thyme and serve butter.
