- 250 g pistachio ice cream150 g creamy ice cream50 g coarse-ground pistachio 50 g grated chocolate coat. Place pistachio ice cream in both molds by pressing it and pitting it in the middle. Fold the hanging parts of the stretch foil over and close the molds in the freezer.
Take the molds out of the freezer and leave for a few minutes. Open the foil and turn the mold over to the serving bowl and remove the ice cream. Gently take the foil off. Garnish with pistachio and serve immediately.
