Grilled Cornbread Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 250 gr. chard

Extract and clean the stalks of your biceps. Finely chop. Put olive oil in a frying pan and heat it. Add the chard and fry. Add salt and pepper and sweeten. Set aside and cool the roasted chard.
Beat the egg and salt in a deep bowl. Add milk, oil and sugar and continue whisking. Add cornmeal flour and baking powder and mix with a spatula. Add the feta chard roasted with white cheese and mix well.
Put it in the cake mold that you grease and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 5 minutes. Take it out of the oven, sprinkle with grated fresh cheddar cheese and nigella, cook for another 20 minutes.
