How to make Güllaç Pastry Recipe
- 6 Güllaç
- 2 cups warm milk
- ½ cups sunflower oil
- 1 cup mineral water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 3 eggs
- 8 – 10 slices of bacon
- 2 cups of cheese cheese – grater
- 7 – 8 sprigs of fresh thyme
In a mixing bowl, whisk milk, sunflower oil, soda, salt and pepper, then add the eggs and continue whisking, obtaining a homogeneous consistency.
Soften half of your Güllaç leaves with the prepared liquid mortar.
Place the rose petals you soaked in your glass ovenware and place them over the liquid mortar. Place cheddar cheese, bacon, thyme and cheddar cheese on the leaves, respectively.
Put the remaining rosette leaves in your oven bowl by softening them one by one with liquid mortar.
Lastly, pour all the remaining liquid mortar and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes after placing your ovenware in the bottom of the oven preheated at 180 degrees.
