- 500 gr minced meat (twice taken)
- 2 slices of stale bread
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 4 potatoes
- 3 tablespoons oil oil
- 2 tablespoons milk

Soak and squeeze the bread inside and crumble. Grate the onion. Put the minced meat in a bowl and knead it by adding bread, onion, 2 eggs, salt and pepper.
Cut the egg-sized pieces from the meatballs you prepared and roll them. Flatten it by pressing it lightly and pit the middle. Grease the baking tray with 1 spoonful of oil. Place the meatballs on the tray and pour 2 spoons of oil on them. Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Boil the potatoes and peel them. Crush it with a fork and mash it. Add milk and salt and mix well.
Take the meatballs out of the oven and share the mashed potatoes in the pit. Put it in the oven again and cook it for another 4-5 minutes until it is browned. Serve hot.
